WhatsApp for your business

The product is the same. The first workflow depends on how you already sell.

Pick the page that matches the sale

These pages are the front door for a type of business, not a second copy of the homepage. A marketplace seller, a Shopify store, a coach, a D2C brand, and a local shop do not lose the lead in the same place. Read the page that names your sale. Each one says which message to automate first and which message should stay with a person.

The product behind them is the same: the official WhatsApp API, a chatbot, broadcasts to people who opted in, a shared inbox, a CRM, and an AI call when the chat goes quiet. Lite is ₹1,000 a month. Starter, Growth, and Professional are ₹2,500, ₹4,400, and ₹8,800. Meta's conversation charges are separate.

How to choose

If the order already exists on Shopify, start with the Shopify page and the cart or COD flow. If the buyer found you on a marketplace and you have permission to message them, start with the seller page. If the first touch is a reel or an ad that opens WhatsApp, start with D2C or coaches, depending on whether you sell a product or a class.

Local shops should not copy a D2C broadcast plan. Their leak is the missed call and the unconfirmed appointment. One location, the hours, and a reminder are enough to see if WhatsApp is doing the job. Add a second workflow only after the first one gets replies you would have typed yourself.

Every page links to the same pricing and the same demo. Bring one real chat to the demo: a cart that died, a COD order that returned, or a parent who asked about a batch and then went quiet. We will put the bot and the handoff on that chat. We will not invent a revenue number to make the example look finished.
