What this tool does
Clients approve a template faster when they can see it on a phone. This preview shows only the business template: a name, an optional verified-style badge for layout, a header, the body, a footer, and buttons. It does not invent a customer reply, a time, or a tick.
Every downloaded PNG carries the words Template preview. Use it in a deck or an email. Do not present it as a screenshot of a real conversation.
How to use it
- Edit the sample template that is already on the page.
- Toggle the badge and light or dark screen.
- Download the PNG.
- When the wording is agreed, run it through the template checker before you submit.
Worked examples
A fashion cart reminder with two buttons, Complete order and Ask a question, fits the sample.
A clinic reminder should stay utility: date, time, and confirm. Leave the offer language out of this preview if the category is utility.
Common mistakes
- Adding a fake incoming message to make the chat look busy.
- Cropping the watermark off and sending the image as proof of a conversation.
- Using the badge toggle as if Agentzee or this page grants the verified badge.
Use it on a live WhatsApp number
After the client accepts the wording, submit the template and send it from Agentzee to opted-in contacts.
The badge on this preview is a layout switch. Meta grants the verified badge separately.

Can this make a fake chat screenshot?
No. There is no customer side, no editable time, and the PNG says Template preview.
Does the badge mean the business is verified?
No. It only shows how a badge sits next to the name.
How many buttons?
Up to three in this preview.
Is the image a message?
No. It is a picture of a layout.
Can I put a photo in the header?
Use the image placeholder. The PNG labels it as a header image, it does not upload a file to WhatsApp.
Do I need an account?
No. The tool runs in the browser. Sign-up is only for sending the result on the official WhatsApp Business API.
What should I do after approval of the wording?
Check the template, submit it, then send it from Agentzee.
