WhatsApp COD confirmation template for fashion brands
This is a starting script for fashion brands. It is not pre-approved by Meta. Submit it as a template, keep the marketing or utility category honest, and send it only to people who opted in.
Variables in double braces are filled per contact: name, order, item, date, or city. Do not paste a purchased list into the broadcast. Fashion brands get this wrong when a festival campaign reuses a template that was written for a different offer.
After the reply, the chat should continue in Agentzee. A COD confirmation that gets no answer can be followed by an AI call, and both events stay on the same CRM card.
