WhatsApp Business API Pricing in Brazil
Meta prices business-initiated messages by category and by country, in BRL. This page does not copy a rate that would go stale. Use Meta's rate card, then the Agentzee calculator.

What this tool does
Businesses in Brazil pay Meta for WhatsApp messages by category. Marketing is a promotion. Utility is a transaction the customer already started, such as an order or a booking. Authentication is a one-time code. Service is the customer-initiated conversation. The amounts change, and they are published by Meta, not by Agentzee.

How to use it
- Find the country on Meta's official rate card.
- Write down marketing, utility, authentication, and service separately.
- Put those figures in the WhatsApp pricing calculator with your volumes.
- Add the Agentzee plan on top. The plan is not the Meta message fee.
Worked examples
A shop in Brazil that sends order updates should price those as utility, and price the Friday offer as marketing.
Leaving the rate blank in the calculator is correct until you have copied it. A zero you typed yourself is a real zero. An empty box is not.
Common mistakes
- Quoting a blog's rupee price from last year.
- Putting a promotion in a utility template to chase a lower rate.
- Forgetting the Agentzee plan when you tell a client the cost.

Agentzee plans start at ₹1,000 a month before Meta's message fees. GST applies on Starter and above.
Questions people ask
What currency applies in Brazil?
BRL. Confirm the rate card in case Meta bills your account in another currency.
Why are there no prices in a table?
Because a copied number goes stale. The official card is the source. The calculator multiplies the number you paste.
What is the difference between marketing and utility?
Marketing is an offer. Utility is about a transaction the customer already has, such as shipping.
What is authentication?
A one-time password or verification code.
What is a service conversation?
The customer messages you, and you reply inside the service window. Confirm the current rule in Meta's pricing docs.
Does Agentzee add a setup fee?
The listed plans have no setup fee. Meta still charges for messages.
Do I need an account?
