WhatsApp Opt-in Message and Checkbox Generator

What this tool does
WhatsApp marketing needs a record that the person agreed. A pre-ticked box is a poor record. This page writes a sentence that names the brand, says offers may arrive, and says they can reply STOP. The HTML checkbox is unchecked.
Not legal advice. Privacy law, telecom rules, and Meta’s policy all apply. Have someone who knows your market read the sentence before you print it on a standee.
How to use it
- Pick checkout, form, or QR.
- Copy the HTML into the form. Do not add the checked attribute.
- Store the timestamp of the tick next to the phone number in your system.
Worked examples
Checkout: the sentence sits under the phone field, unchecked.
QR standee: the same sentence is printed under the code, so the scan is not the only notice.
Common mistakes
- A pre-ticked box.
- Hiding the sentence in a terms link nobody opens, with no mention of WhatsApp.
- Treating this generator as a legal opinion.
