Workflows can ask Stripe for a one-time discount or a payment link and drop that URL into the WhatsApp message.
Where Stripe shows up
The abandoned-cart workflow is the common case: Stripe mints a code, WhatsApp delivers it, and the CRM records who redeemed it. International cards that Razorpay does not cover can use the same pattern.

Do I need both Stripe and Razorpay?
No. Use the provider that already settles your store. India UPI-heavy stores usually start with Razorpay.
