You could create a system that will understand the use case, pull the relevant information, and feed it to an AI agent. So that the AI agent can`t control the whole system, and it will have access to only the required data. So it will outperform an AI agent with no or minimal information.

If it's answering a customer’s question, give the customer the details and not the whole client list. This keeps your data safe while AI does the job.

Validation before release

Do a validation of the agent before releasing it. First, run it in test mode and watch what it does. If it makes strange decisions, then fix the instructions before it messes up.

Avoid overloading information

If you load too much data into the AI, it will get confused or make unnecessary moves. Keep it focused only on what is essential.

When you control the information and access, your AI can work great without becoming a danger. Give it access to only the tools and data it needs for the task.

AI is powerful and that's exactly why it needs limits.
